Calculation of Premium
• Premium rates shown are exclusive of TPA charges and GST.
• Premium for each individual group member or family member shall depend on the SI and age from the ‘Premium Table’.
• Base premium of the policy shall be total premium for all individuals, calculated as mentioned ab ove.
• Discount for opting for co-payment and low claim ratio discount shall apply on the base premium.
• Group Discount shall apply on the total premium.
• GST shall apply on the final amount payable.

Optional Cover – Maternity Benefit
If Maternity Benefit cover is opted, the total basic premium for all the insured persons under the policy will be loaded by 10%. National Group Mediclaim Policy
